When concrete is under the strong alkali environment, its service life could be greatly reduced, but basalt fiber can significantly improve the durability of concrete.In this paper, different parameter of basalt fiber in the concrete was set and put it in sodium hydroxide solution to study durability test. In order to get the law of corrosion,research results will provide basalt fiber concrete used in alkali environment certain research foundation. Micro crack law of development, bibulous rate change,corrosion situation, strength degradation law etc were found in this paper. On the basis of strength, damage model was found and Get the following main conclusions:1 .The research of compressive test found that the compressive strength of concrete got obvious improvement when basalt fiber was added to the concrete. When basalt fiber content was 0.1%,although the damage of concrete specimen is still maintained, the integrity was better.But when basalt fiber content was 0.2% and 0.3%,the strength of the concrete block decreases instead.2.The research of reinforced water absorption found that basalt fiber concrete block relatively got obvious growth inhibition in the nine months of the immersion corrosion in the process of water absorption.But when content is 0.2% and 0.3%, the growth bibulous rate is lower than ordinary concrete, but the effect is not obvious.3.About research of scanning and tracking surface cracks with microscope, pore number and size of basalt fiber are lower compared with all kinds of other concrete block. The dosage of 0.1% block internal pore and fracture are least.4.About the research of the powder solution of sodium ion concentration measurement test in different parts of concrete,the sodium ion solubility in the concrete block gradually reduced from outer to inner. And the amount of reduction in different types of block was different. When fiber parameters was 0.1%, the difference between outermost layer and the internal layer was most obvious compared with other types of block.The bibulous rate change, law of fracture and pore expansion, strength degradation and sodium ion diffusion law were found in this article through studies.According to the conclusions and all kinds of test, the best additive amount of basalt fibers is 0.1%.
