Acid rain erosion on concrete construction has serious harm. Some concrete buildings due to acid rain corrosion. The service life decreased rapidly, the structure itself harm safety. Due to corrosion caused by the decrease the durability of buildings has become one of the hot topic in the world, and people from all walks of life in the field of civil engineering.In this study, reading a lot of literature and based on the studies done by previous researchers,proposed adding basalt fiber to concrete to improve the corrosion resistance of concrete, the macro test of concrete, microscopic observation, the physical properties, chemical properties due to erosion in different age show the phenomenon of detailed analysis. The main contents of this paper include the following contents:Reduce the amount of the fiber content of different concrete specimens of water, change water absorption, study on erosion age and whether the addition of fly ash on Corrosion Properties of basalt fiber reinforced concrete acid, the results show that adding volume of basalt fiber concrete water 0.1% to reduce the minimum amount of water absorption, the lowest amount of volume reduce the amount of basalt fiber is 0.3% and the moisture is not concrete with basalt fiber,compared with water absorption rate did not change significantly. The SEM experiments found that adding basalt fiber dosage of 0.1% concrete pores and holes appear is the least.The different mixing amount of basalt concrete specimens corrosion time compressive test,the fiber mixing amount of different corrosion specimens with different effects, the incorporation of fly ash more than a few factors on the compressive strength of concrete is analyzed. The experimental results show that adding to concrete specimens the basalt fiber content is 0.1%, the compressive strength of concrete to enhance the effect of the most ideal.Through the test of ion concentration showed that adding amount of basalt fiber on concrete corrosion resistance is a certain improvement, the results show that the corrosion of 270d volume with basalt fiber is 0.1% mass fraction of concrete sulfate containing 2.150% sulfuric acid was the lowest, with five groups of fiber content in root mass fraction.The corrosion resistance of the data leads to corrosion resistance coefficient, and establish the corresponding relationship between the compressive strength and corrosion resistance. According to the coefficient of performance of concrete specimens due to corrosion in different time, the different fiber content on compressive strength of concrete specimens caused by damage, a damage model is given.
