Research On Safety Management Of Power Grid Construction

Along with the increase of power grid construction investment and infrastructure safety frequent accidents in recent years,power supply enterprises put forward higher requirements on the safety management of power grid construction,reduce the power grid construction safety accidents and improve the safety management level of contractors,to become a big problem to be solved in power supply enterprises.Power grid security and stability is the basis for the power supply enterprise survival and development,is the "lifeline" of the power supply enterprise.It is very important and difficult for the safety management of the power supply enterprises to ensure the security and stability of the power grid construction.The effective methods and means of power grid construction safety management are particularly urgent and of great significance.First of all,this paper systematically summarizes the research status of power grid construction safety management at home and abroad,and the main research content,significance and structure of this paper are explained.Secondly,combined with Foshan Power Supply Bureau security system "five drill" construction results and the safety accidents occurred in the past in the Southern Power Grid Corporation system events,detailed effective safety management effective means.Demonstrates the applicability and efficiency through the application in Foshan Power Supply Bureau.At the same time,combined with the relevant security standards of China Southern Power Grid Corporation and the construction of power grids in Foshan,combing and analysis of the safety of power grid construction closely related to the safety distance.Based on the comprehensive analysis of various factors affecting safety management,the safety control measures of the dangerous sub-projects are discussed.Finally,combined with the characteristics of the construction site on-site multi-faceted and on-site safety supervision of the actual situation,set up a remote security supervision visualization method based on mobile Internet,and this method has been proved combining with instance of safety supervision efficiency,examples of the application of good effect,achieve the purpose of this research.
