| Hospital building is the main place for the provision of medical care services for human beings.The clients are not only the sick patients and the wounded,but also the healthy people who are in certain physiological state,such as maternal and neonatal.At present,the research results of the thermal comfort of the staff in the hospital are mainly obtained under the atmospheric pressure condition,and the thermal comfort of the staff in the high altitude area is rarely studied.Due to the low temperature and low oxygen environment in high altitude areas,the thermal comfort requirement of residents in this area may be different from that under normal pressure.Therefore,under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of C hina(No.51278506),based on the existing research results,the thermal comfort prediction model of asymptomatic high altitude patients,healthy people(including caregivers and medical staffs)and low altitude population was established by theoretical deduction.Through inves tigated the elevation of 2300 meters of Xining general wards′ hot and humid environment and the thermal comfort of different people,the applicability of the model is verified,and the thermal comfort diagram of the patient and caregivers at different altitudes is obtained by solving the model.Firstly,the metabolic prediction model of asymptomatic high altitude patients,healthy people and low altitude population was established by analyzing the literature data.The similarity theory was used to derive the correction factor of convective heat transfer coefficient on atmospheric pressure.And the total thermal resistance model of the population in high altitude area under different posture,and the thermal comfort prediction model of different populations a t the asymptomatic high altitude area were obtained.Then,select the two comprehensive hospitals in Xining C ity,investigated the two hospitals wards hot and humid status and the thermal comfort of different groups,a total of 948 valid questionnaires were obtained.Using the Probit Analysis method,the operating temperature t0 is used as an independent variable,and the thermal expectations of the patient and the accompanying person are fitted.The subjective thermal expectations and subjective acceptable temperature range in winter and summer of patients and caregivers are obtained.Using the established model to calculate the PMV and PPD of the four groups,by comparing the PMV and TSV,and the PPD and PMD of the four groups,the applicability of the model was verified.The results show that the thermal comfort prediction model of patients and caregivers ware applicable.By taking the intersection of patients and caregivers acceptable temperature,geting the recommended temperature of general ward in Xining city:winter temperature range 20 ℃~23 ℃,summer temperature range 23 ℃~26 ℃.Finally,by solving the thermal comfort model of patients and caregivers,the thermal comfort map of patients and caregivers in different altitude and different total thermal resistance was obtained under typical physiological information.The results will provide some references for the development of hospital thermal comfort standard in asymptomatic high altitude area. |
