At present,the people's living standards with the development of science and technology and economic growth continues to increase,public health and health services also play an important role in life.In today's society,physical dysfunction includes people with disabilities,the elderly,temporary dysfunction groups,due to physical reasons,their quality of life has been greatly affected.Physical disability rehabilitation research of these groups disabilities has become the most urgent task in recent years.At present,the more common rehabilitation equipment using force gauges to complete the muscle strength testing and training,the effect is significant,and in the process of the force output torque real-time recording,detection and monitoring is particularly important.In this paper,the development of torque sensors at home and abroad is analyzed and compared.The force axis as the elastic element is designed from the point of view of material mechanics.The structural design of the measuring force axis is analyzed to meet the requirements of working strength and stiffness.In this paper,the torque sensor is designed by applying the strain gage to the measured elastic shaft.The three-dimensional model of the measured axis is established by using the three-dimensional modeling software.The stress and strain analysis of the load-bearing axis are also analyzed by Ansys simulation software The position and direction of the strain gauge are fixed on the measuring force axis.At the same time,the dynamic and mechanical characteristics of the strain gauge are analyzed and the resonance phenomenon is avoided to ensure the performance of the torque sensor.The torque circuit of the torque sensor is designed to convert the torque value into electrical signal.First,the circuit through the Wheatstone bridge strain gauge signal into electrical signals,and then use the instrumentation amplifier AD620 voltage signal stability and amplification,and the use of AMS1117 device power supply regulator power supply.With the Arduino development board for data processing,the PC uses the Arduino software platform to enable on-line acquisition,analysis,calculation and storage of measurement signals.Finally,the measurement error,precision and working performance of the torque sensor are analyzed and adjusted by the loader experiment.
