Study On The Heating Mode Of Biomass Flue Gas

With the progress of society,the development of science and technology,all walks of life's demand for resources is increasing,energy issues continue to emerge,and the best way is to solve the energy crisis.The building heating energy saving is the key to a north of the energy-saving,the policy of biomass energy replacing the goods to solve the rural winter heating problem has been pursuing.Flue gas radiant floor heating system is studied in this paper using biomass as fuel and renewable energy,building flue in the indoor floor,adjusting the size and location of flue gas baffle plate size to improve ground temperature,to obtain the method of flue building for the comfortable indoor environment.Analysis of the existing rural heating,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional fuel coal and traditional heating system,biomass flue gas floor heating is proposed,the basic form of the flue and factors that influence the quality of the heating system guidance on flue gas floor heating.Calculation of the amount of heat released by biomass combustion can be used for flue module area of 18 square meters,the boundary conditions and initial conditions of the simulation calculation are determined,and the control equation of the Fluent of the fluid calculation software is determined.From the analysis of different evaluation methods of Kang flue,simulate flue height and the size and location of before and after flue gas baffle plate of the flue module,under the flue height of 0.3 m,after flue gas baffle plate width 2 m and before flue gas baffle plate from the flue inlet 1/3 length,after flue gas baffle plate height is 3/4 and the height of the flue gas baffle plate scattered height ratio of 4:2:1 can effectively organize flue gas.,application of heating chamber study on simulated flue module,to determine the accuracy of the simulation results,the different construction area of the house,with the same module program combined the flue module,completing heating.
