| With the exploitation of renewable energy and low quality heat energy, the development of modern comfortable and energy efficient building technology, and the reform of the heat charging system in China, low-temperature hot water floor radiant heating system has been widely used due to its good thermal comfort, energy efficiency and convenience for individual room regulation and household metering.However, there are many technical problems in its application.Based on the research of outcome of the research group,this paper make a further comparative analysis of the characteristics of different low-temperature hot water floor radiant heating systems and further optimize the new type floor construction of floor radiant heating system and provide a reference for the development and application of floor radiant heating technology in China.Aiming at the new type floor conformation, a heat transfer mathematics model is set up, and limited unit numerical simulating procedures (ANSYS) is employed to calculate and analyze the temperature distributions, heat transfer rules and its influencing factors such as the thickness of aluminum, surface layer, tube pitch, water temperature.This paper also establishes a new type floor radiant heating experiment system to study the temperature distribution and heat transfer rule of the new type floor construction of floor radiant heating system and the analysis and comparison of the results of experiment and numerical simulation is involved.This paper make an economic analysis of a new type floor radiant heating system compared with common-used wet floor radiant heating system and the general dry modus with practical projects.The study shows that compared with common-used wet floor radiant heating system and the general dry modus, the new type floor radiant heating system has the following technical advantages: reducing the thickness of floor construction layer efficiently, reducing the floor load, simple construction, short time limit for a project, convenient maintenance, no chap and distortion in construction layer and its surface, better its mechanics capability.The new type floor radiant heating system has the following thermal advantages: better uniform temperature distribution of floor construction layer and shorter the warm-up period.The new type floor radiant heating system has obvious economical advantages. |
