Research On Quality Management Of Teachers Apartment Project Of D University

In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standards and quality of life,people have growing demands on the living environment.In this demand,China's construction industry gradually developed into a pillar industry of the national economy,and it also has become one of the important departments of economic development in Dalian.The key to ensuring the good development of the construction industry is the construction quality.In other words,the quality of the construction project determines a construction project.Besides,how to use scientific methods to strengthen the quality management of construction projects in the construction process,effectively improve the quality of construction projects and safeguard the interests of the public is one of the development goals of China's construction industry.However,when a project in the construction,it will produce a certain quality hazard,and if handled improperly,it not only will delay the duration,resulting in losses,but even will threaten the safety of life and property of the masses.Therefore,it has great theoretical and practical significance to study how to provide the higher quality buildings to the people,so as to safeguard the safety of people's life and property as well as the reputation and economic benefits of the enterprise.In this paper,by consulting relevant literatures and field survey methods such as in-depth enterprise,by combining the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,and at the same time use the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,reference methods of static analysis and dynamic analysis,the integrated use of project management,technical economics,system science and other related theory knowledge,to the study of this article have laid a solid theoretical basis.This study D teacher in university apartment project quality management as the research object,through six sigma theory system research,from the construction personnel management and the improvement of construction technology,the improvement of raw materials,and the control of the construction machinery and construction environment to maintain a total of five aspects,the detailed analysis of the D university teachers apartment project in the construction process of quality problems and their causes,and combining the theory of zero defect of supervision,to further improve the quality of its engineering improvement measures are put forward,in order to strengthen the project management provides a scientific basis.Is proposed in this paper D teacher in university apartment project quality management improvement measures,one is to strengthen personnel management measures,the second is to strengthen the technical control measures,three is to improve the quality of materials management measures,four is the mechanical quality control measures,five is to prevent a nuisance and improve the environmental protection measures and six is zero defect under the thought of supervision measures.Finally,it is concluded that the above researches are summarized,and it shows the shortcomings of this paper and the prospect of further research at the same time.
