Design Of Acquisition Meter Reading System Of Motor-pumped Well's Electrifying Based On ZigBee And GPRS Technology

In order to solve the problem of rural power grid that remained after the "12th Five-Year Plan" transformation,and clear the obstacles on the way of agricultural network automation,"thirteen five" — a new round of rural power transformation project will focus on "upgrade" to carry out key work-motor-pumped well's electrifying.At present the project is still under the development,so is the technology.In addition,due to management,equipment and other reasons,there are flaws at the drainage and distribution facilities,also the of private cable power supply still exist,which bring about the confusion of power management and safety of electrical equipment.Therefore,the phenomenon can not be ignored.In order to monitor the safety of the equipment and collect the data of the energy metering terminal,this paper will design a collection meter system by using wireless communication technology.The data and the running state of the well terminal metering device are transmitted to the network coordinator of the regional substation through short distance wireless communication technology.And then the network coordinator transmits the data remotely to the power management system and the hand held terminal of the manager through the remote wireless communication technology,to realize the data reading from a remote place and monitor the security of all the device.There are two main parts in the system: data terminal acquisition system and network coordinator.Short-range wireless transmission based on ZigBee technology set up collection of meter reading network,the design increase an the power amplifier module on to expand the transmission distance.Remote wireless transmission complete connection of the network with the power management based on GPRS technology.This paper analyzes the characteristics of ZigBee and GPRS wireless communication technology,and realizes the hardware circuit design welding and software code writing of data acquisition terminal and network coordinator.The results show that the system cancomplete the transmission accurately and realize the monitoring function of the safety equipment of the well.
