Lamination machine of LCD is a device for combining LCD and rear shell of product,which is widely used in the production of LCD products.The LCD as an important part of liquid crystal products,because of its special material,must ensure smooth,accurate and fast completion action with rear shell,which requires the lamination machine with better performance.Based on the stepper motor as the transmission mechanism in lamination machine,a controller is designed.The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows: The transmission mechanism uses two-phase hybrid stepper motor to instead the original asynchronous motor,which effectively improves the controllability,accuracy and stability;Additional interaction software is simple and clear,which satisfies workers easy to control;Compared with the controller based on PLC and power electronic device,the 32-bit high-performance MCU has the advantages of fast processing speed,small volume,high integration and low power consumption;The special control-chip and the drive-chip are used to drive stepper motor,which reduces volume and electromagnetic interference,and improves reliability,in line with contemporary integrated,modular trend;The use of S-shaped algorithm with the advantages of small loss rate,weak oscillation and high accuracy,which improves precision and stability;The driver-chip built-in subdivision-driven technology,through the interaction software interface setting the number of subdivision,which improves the performance of stepper motor.In this paper,a transmission controller is developed for lamination device of LCD which is demand for high-frequency start and stop,high precision and stability.By the operating of interactive software on PC,and keeping real-time communication with the main control system based on MCU S3FN41 F,the stepper motor is controlled.The MCU receives instructions by interactive software,and translates into commands for the control-chip TMC4210.The TMC4210 sends the control command to the drive-chip TMC2660,which sends the drive pulse to stepper motor.The interactive software can be manually selected control mode,which has the main mode of non-algorithm and S-shaped algorithm mode.According to the different modes,different parameters can be set,including target position,speed and acceleration.The software can also record stepper motor operation information for performance analysis,and the S-shaped algorithm mode is selected to improve the reliability and accuracy of the stepper motor.In this paper,the system's performance is verified by physical completion,debugging and application.The results show that the system has the advantages of high stability,fast response speed,small volume and convenient debugging,and so on.It can ensure the stability,precision and fastness of the transmitting and improve the production efficiency.
