The stepper motor is a kind of execution device, based on the principle of electromagneticinduction, more used in the place of small power, open-loop control application and has a certaincontrol precision requirements, and controlled by pulse. Along with the development of theelectric power electronic technology, the micro controller and stepper motor’s control theory, thestepper motor is used widely in the close-loop control system and in the area of high precisionand power control, and its control affection has been gradually optimized. But it’s inherentdrawbacks still obvious in the case of low and high frequency and it’s adaptability to changes inload running was poor because of the stepper motor’s structure and work principle.Aiming at the adaptive problems of stepper motor to the changes of load in running,introducing the optimal performance index,direct current feedback and the referencemathematical model into the optimal subdivision control based on the analysis to the lowfrequency oscillations,noise,high frequency out of step,the stable operation frequency rangeappeared in the use of the three-phase stepper motor, including the modes of three-phase singlebeat control, three-phase double beat control, above and below ten subdivision number’ssubdivision control.The main work and achievements are as follows:1Combination the AC motor’s hardware platform based on the structure analysis of thethree-phase hybrid stepper motor, Analyze the control results of the three-phase hybrid steppermotor when using methods of three-phase single beats and double beats control, three-phase sixbeats control..2According to the BAIGELA company’s experimental conclusion-the subdivisionnumber of three-phase hybrid stepper motor’s subdivision control is best when belowten.Combination the PWM modulation method,Application the control methods of eight, tenand twelve subdivision control mode in the use of three phase hybrid stepper motor-FHB3913-H, and analyzed the control results.3Deduce the three-phase stepper motor’s mathematic model from its structurecharacteristics. Design torque and current double closed loop system architecture. Use theminimum of the motor’s torque ripple as the optimal performance index. Derive the control ratebased on the current feedback and reference mathematical model, Complete the dynamicsimulation using simulink.4Try to realize the control model quoted in3through software, combined with new ACmotor’s platform.Finally, make a summarization to the whole work of the full paper, and the further researchwork is also prospected in the end.
