With the progress of science and technology, the stepper motor applications in industrial production and life more and more popular.Due to the rapid development of modern electric technology, computer technology in recent years, and gradually perfect the control theory, the stepping motor has been greatly improved in every aspect, not only greatly reduces the production cost, simplify the drive way, but also improve the work efficiency and accuracy, in addition, the design of the drive also follow the footsteps of The Times, to work toward the direction of the fully digital.This paper is divided into six chapters, first of all, the author in the first chapter are roughly described the stepper motor, clear the definition of the stepper motor;The second chapter, the author introduces the operation principle of stepper motor and design theory;Chapter 3 and chapter 4, respectively, of stepping motor drive and control software design in detail elaborated;The fifth chapter is on the basis of the above theory and the actual situation designed a DSP based digital two-phase hybrid stepper motor drives, and carries on the function of a series of analysis and testing;Finally the author according to the corresponding test results discussion, and puts forward some reasonable Suggestions and outlook.In the hardware part, this article choose TMS320F2803 X as main control chip of the drive, which was designed by TI company synthetic, its main purpose to solve the problems at the aspect of industrial control;And choose IR2104 S drive chipset success rate drive part, which is synthesized by IR company, its main purpose is to prevent a full bridge topology, etc.DSP will automatically calculate the current after receiving external control signal for a given value, then the values will be through the control algorithm with that of the segmentation algorithm, then the output PWM signal, and was received by IR2104.Finally, power switching device IRF640 will suffer the IR2104 signal control,driving stepper motor to operate.From the software part analysis, this paper design the writing of the stepper motor of the entire program is controlled by DSP, under the environment of CCS programming.Current loop control algorithm and control strategy respectively using incremental PI control algorithm and the built-in, at the same time through the SPWM control to realize the operation of the inverter.In addition, to facilitate the stepper motor debugging and the related parameters of the late changes, this study also adds to the communication interface.This paper also to the stepper motor launched a series of analysis and test, the testresults show that the drive and the commercial standard, and the feasibility of this control strategy is also highly.
