A Study On Green Construction Management Of Construction Project

Comprehensively implementing the scientific concept of development and insisting that the construction of resource saving and environment-friendly society as an important focus of speeding up the transformation of the pattern of economic development.Carrying out resource conservation and environmental protection,and taking the road of sustainable development is a basic national policy of our country.Over the past decade,the vigorous development of the construction industry,as an important pillar industry of our country,has made great contributions to economic construction of our country.But it also caused certain pollution to the environment.Nowadays,the voice sustainable development and saving resources,protecting the environment is louder and louder.Green construction management of the construction industry is imperative.Therefore,how to promote the green construction and to ensure the actual effect,is worthy of attention and research.This paper first elaborates the background and significance of the green construction management of the construction project,analyzes the connotation and the development trend,and makes a comparative study on the present situation of the green construction development of the domestic and international construction projects,and puts forward the research methods,the basic requirements and the evaluation system.Then,based on the case of green construction management of a large public building project,this paper introduces the technical methods,management measures and field experience of green construction,and analyzes the social and economic benefits after the green construction management.Finally,through the analysis of the problems in the green construction process,this paper provides some recommended measures in order to further promote the construction of green construction.The purpose of this study is to initiate the development of green construction in the whole society and the industry,and to promote the application,and finally realize the unity of economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit.Saving resources,protecting the environment,reducing pollution,speeding up the greening process of construction projects,reducing the impact of waste on the environment,and realizing the sustainable development of the construction industry to create modern construction management and create a green livable environment.
