Analysis And Performance Testing On Xinkaihe Bridge Of Qinhuangdao Port Railway

With the big increase in traffic,nation building in recent years,the number of Bridges are on the increase.Is more and more important for bridge test,therefore,in the new bridge at the same time,to do a good job of the maintenance,repair and reinforcement of the bridge appears more important.In this paper,through several cases to qinhuangdao Qin Gang railway three old bridge as the engineering background,through to the railway bridge inspection,testing and load experiment on the bearing capacity of the bridge,work performance and stability problems such as study,and puts forward the Suggestions to solve these problems.To resolve the bridge diseases,eliminate safety hidden trouble for the purpose,adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts put forward the contents and the methods of the bridge tested periodically.Separately for each bridge beam,pier and support key mechanical parts such as appearance and strength of the inspection,and the double machine coupling method is used for the dynamic load test,determination of rigidity and durability of the bridge.Through the reasonable arrangement of measuring points,using the dynamic strain gauge and the resistive strain gauge measuring deflection and strain of the bridge.In reference to relevant regulations and standards under the premise of level to assess the safety of the bridge,according to different parts of the degradation level reasonable Suggestions are presented.This paper studies a set of high accuracy,simple operation,the bridge detection method.It has been proved that the set of methods for detecting the bridge is very comprehensive,can better grasp the present situation of bridge,under the guidance of the conclusion of test method for bridge maintenance and reinforcement can effectively increase the bridge structure durability and safety,prolong the service life of bridge,avoid and reduce the economic losses from the bridge collapse and adverse social impact.
