Because of SMA pavement has good capability,it is widely used in road construction in recent years.With the growth in traffic,overloading serious,axle load increased,channel traffic,the surrounding natural environment and other factors,rutting has become one of serious early disease in SMA Asphalt Pavement.Through the study of rutting generation mechanism and influent factors of SMA asphalt pavement,it is pointed to prevent and reduce the generation of rutting phenomenon,thereby prolonging the service of SMA pavement,improving the road performance.First of all,aiming at the above problems,this paper studies the strength of the SMA mixture formation mechanism,and finishing a series of work that contained survey on the part of the provinces of SMA pavement rutting,drill core sampling analysis and traffic survey.By measured data and combined with typical sections of the actual situation,the article analysis reason of early disease of SMA pavement,putting forward the measures to prevent rutting from requiring mixing design,the pavement materials target,pavement thickness and construction technology.There is certain reference to the maintenance of SMA highway during the highway operation.Secondly,based on the comprehensive study of rutting causes,research list the major domestic and foreign rutting prediction method and latest research and summarizes and analyzes the function relationship between rutting and main influent factors and conclude advantages and disadvantages of the existing rutting prediction model.Through the close combination with the computer software,Selecting the representative road structure to make rutting in different conditions,to analysis development rutting of SMA pavement.
