Ecological Environment Impact Assessment And Counertmeasure Research Of The Struggling Reservoir Project

The water conservancy and hydropower project is the most widely used project in the developing countries,which has a decisive effect on the flood control of the two sides of the river in urban water supply,irrigation,three industrial water supply and protection of the middle and lower reaches of the river.With the passage of time,have been built in the world's water conservancy and hydropower projects such as famous the Aswan High Dam,China Yangtze River Three Gorges project,due to in pre construction projects on the ecological environment damage assessment,has shown irreversible ecological environment damage phenomenon.In today's increasingly concerned about the ecological environment,water conservancy and hydropower project on the ecological environment of the study is particularly important.In this paper,through the analysis at home and abroad of water conservancy and hydropower project benefit and the ecological environment damage were compared.It is pointed out that in water conservancy and hydropower projects prior to the construction of ecological environment influence is not considered to assess,water conservancy and hydropower project will be on the ecological system of hydrology,soil,surface water,groundwater quality and project construction period of waste caused by irreversible impact and damage.In this paper,Muling City Reservoir Project as the research object of struggle.From the Muling City social status,economic status and water resources status of,combined with the present situation of local water conservancy project,systematic analysis of the struggle of the basic situation of the reservoir project.On the basis of the points above,the struggle reservoir construction of surrounding the reservoir,flooded area and even the whole watershed ecosystem and the struggle reservoir project in construction period of generated waste analysis.Through the research shows that reservoir project on the ecological environment impact properties can be divided into reversible and irreversible,to damage ecological environment problems by compensatory behaviour and management mode can reduce influence of reservoir project on the environment.In the paper,the struggle of the ecological environmentalprotection of the reservoir provided the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the analysis of the obtained hard reservoir construction process and the project encountered destruction of ecological and environmental protection problems provide the solutions,helps to reduce and reduce influence of reservoir development and construction of ecological,so as to promote the project construction scientific,reasonable and efficient propulsion.
