| The research of film tensile project schedule management is to solve the problem of enterprise implemention. The modern management theory isn't widely used for enterprise project management. Long term and high cost often appears during the project process, which is disadvantage to the company operation and development. To solve the problem, The article takes film tensile project as a model, use the theory of modern project management during the process,on the premise of assuring the quality to shorten the time limit and reduce the cost. For achieving the success in all the time on a keenly competitive market,The enterprise must apply the theory of modern project management,layout reasonable project schedule and reducing the cost as much as possible.The article discusses the theory and method of project management,meanwhile put WBS?milestone and network planning technique into the film tensile project plan and control. According to the feature and demand of the project, setting up project group; Following Project contract and technical protocol, making plan of project. Reasonable schedule is very meaningful to finish project on time. During the project implemention, ensure completing the works following the schedule, and monitoring actural schedule. Minitoring the performance of project schedule is the key of controlling schedule. Comparing with plan in fixed period, when there is large deviation between performance and plan, redeployment must be taken. If the actural performance can5t follow the plan as before, schedule plan will be modified for ensuring normal execution of the project.This article adopts method of linking theory with practice, meanwhile it refers to extracts both from overseas and domestic. Based on the project management theory and practical performance of film tensile project, it sums up the experiences and lessons. It not only solves the problem of construction period short, but also can be used for reference in next project which is in the face of market pressure. |
