Guanzhong is located in the central part of Shaanxi.It is cold in winter and hot in summer.In the process of urbanization the rural residential buildings gradually from the cave,the rammed earth building transform to the brick building.And non-commercial energy buildings used replace biomass mainly to electricity,coal,natural gas based energy.Compared with the urban residential buildings,the residential buildings in Guanzhong rural areas are mostly single buildings,have a large area and a huge energy consumption.In the context of the current energy crisis,building energy conservation is imminent.In this paper,through in-depth investigation,the regional and climatic characteristics of Guanzhong rural area are analyzed.On the basis of the summary,combined with the climate characteristics in Guanzhong area,and Guanzhong rural residents of the building indoor thermal comfort needs,the paper set in a near zero energy goals that rural residential buildings can save energy 75% than the existing residential buildings.Based on the living habits and the development status of folk houses in Guanzhong rural areas,the model of optimal design is established.On this basis,the paper continue further study of the influence of building orientation,shape coefficient,space layout,window wall ratio,thermal performance of building envelope,architectural shading and natural ventilation 7 design parameters on the energy consumption of buildings,in order to make the building more close to near zero energy consumption targets.Through the simulation of energy consumption simulation software,the research can determine the optimal value of a single design parameters.At the same time using the multi factor analysis method--orthogonal experiment method combined analysis of 6 parameters in the simulation,25 different combinations of factors on the relationship between primary and secondary effects of energy consumption of residential buildings in rural,the trend among factors and the optimal energy consumption design factors combination mode.At the same time,this article on the current rural areas active utilization of renewable energy technology research carried out analysis,and combined with the specific circumstances of the use of renewable energy for Guanzhong rural areas,put forward the Guanzhong area residential active building proper use of renewable energy forms,mainly including the use of three kinds of renewable energy solar energy and geothermal energy.And the use of renewable energy technology for the integrated analysis.Finally,based on the summary of the design principles of the Guanzhong area near zero energy residential building,from building plane,elevation,section optimization design,and select the suitable scheme of using renewable energy,through energy simulation and prediction of the utilization of renewable energy calculation,that compared with the existing residential building energy-saving rate of the program,can reached 83.09%,reached nearly 75% of the energy saving target of zero energy.
