Buddhism was introduced to China since the Eastern Han Dynasty,deeply influenced the thought and culture of China and even the whole East Asia.During the four hundred years from the late Han Dynasty to the beginning of the Sui Dynasty,Buddhism became a very inclusive religious philosophy and permeated and collided with the local Confucian culture.Until the Sui and Tang Dynasties,the development of Buddhism reached its peak and completed the process of Sinicization of buddhism.At this point,Buddhism developed from regional religion to world religion,and Sui Daxing and Tang Changan became world Buddhist centers at that time.Buddhism was introduced into the East Asian countries and profoundly influenced the development of East Asian civilization.Buddhist temples have been built in large quantities in the capital.Having the characteristics of high shape,large scale,quantity and so on.The monks at home and abroad have gathered here to learn and debate,making it a religious performing center and a classical translation center,as well as a cultural,educational and recreational place for people of all classes.However,The Extermination of Buddhism,and after the Tang Dynasty more easily,the Buddhist temple in Changan city were destroyed.Today,the round buildings of the city has been hard to find the track,only two pagodas were left,be able to recognize the glories of the past.On the basis of a large number of literature studies,the historical location of Buddhist temples in Sui Daxing and Tang Changan is located in the contemporary city.The urban space is the basis and condition of the presentation,and the Buddhist temple site and cultural connotation are the content of the presentation.It show the rich historical information to the public.The main content of this dissertation includes five parts: the existing status of Buddhist temples in the Sui and Tang Dynasties in Changan City,the study of the content of Buddhist temples,the study of presentation strategies and the discussion on presentation design.First of all,systematically analyzing the existing situation of Buddhist temples,providing the basic basis for protection and Exhibition research;At the same time,with the three categories of Buddhist temple as historical evolution,material space,Non-material cultural connotation of related literature combed,summarized,for the display of research to provide valuable display content.Finally,according to the location of the city space in the history of the temple type analysis show the corresponding research conditions,give presentation in different conditions,and select the key case study show programs,provide a reference for the further research.
