The problem of urbanization has become increasingly prominent in China.In 2014,the government put forward the construction policy of sponge city to solve the problems of urban water blogging,shortage of groundwater resources and pollution of urban water bodies.Shaanxi Xi Xian new area was selected as the first batch of national demonstration city of sponge city construction,which has regional representation and exemplary significance.Park green space have the important function to create a health and beautiful environment for citizen,low impact development(LID)sponge city construction concept and technology facilities bring a variety of effects on the park green space,sometimes even contradictory.The problem that how will LID be reasonable in park green space need to be combed from the design stage.Scientific exploration and experiment are also needed.Baimahe Park as a type of the city park green sea city,is the demonstration project of Fengxi new city.Through the analysis of the characteristics of natural environment and the background of Metro West Symphony sponge city construction,through the comparison and analysis of the relationship between the concept and elements of LID landscape design in Baimahe project,we carry out the design theory and practice research: first,comparing the concept of LID and the storm-water management concept abroad,studying on the comb in the scale and scope of storm-water management,combining engineering and non-engineering process of rainwater runoff technology emphasis in different stages of control,paying attention to the concept of LID in non-point source pollution control advantages.Second,aiming at the scientific research,we take the Taiwan Mid-autumn Red Valley Park,Corktown Park in Toronto,Harbin Qunli storm-water Park as case studies,analyse the designof successful design,site traffic and terrain layout,plant configuration,material selection and other aspects,the landscape effect of hydrological process control ecological effect in the park,at the same time,relationship between people and the landscape are summarized and compared.Third,we study on the combination of theory and case,put forward some principles and methods of landscape design,which should combine with the LID concept respectively in the terrain and drainage design,planting design,soil design,road and traffic layout design intermediary.Summarizing the suitability of plant species of local LID facilities the park landscape design and combing with the concept of LID program.Fourth,we analysis and research the hydrological process,storm-water facilities location and structure design,LID calculation methods and results,planting design and other aspects of the case in the Baimahe Park.The plan in the hydrological process,site usage,ecology and economy are also analyzed.The park landscape design combined with the LID concept should first be determined according to local conditions,clear the target of the park design according to site conditions and the function of rainfall and flood storage.Paying attention to the design process,from field investigation,the overall spatial layout of the coordinated type and LID type distribution facilities scale topography,water landscape,paving roads,buildings,forming a water exchange partition for people activities,visual landscape and LID facilities distribution combining the feasibility and design,and then plant soil improvement plants.
