Research On The Control System For Anti-recoil Detection Of Artillery Based On PLC

According to the fact that Chinese military and defense industry has entered the rapidly developing stage currently,the equipment to test the anti-recoil mechanism of the artilleries need to be updated.Owing to this,the automatic control system for anti-recoil detection of artillery is put forward by using programmable logic controller(PLC)and its auxiliary modules as the core control elements.In the system,SIMATIC S7-200 series CPU 226 is used as the control CPU.The test platform is built by using the sensors,the analog conversion module,industrial personal computer(IPC),servo amplifier,laser velocimeter and other equipments.The control software is programmed by STEP 7,which realizes the automatic control of the whole testing experiment.The IPC is configured with ForceControl configuration software.By the test and optimization,the control system for detecting the anti-recoil device based on PLC has successfully realized the acquisition of the test parameters,the control of the motion state and other functions.
