Reasonable distribution network planning scheme is an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the distribution network.With the increasingly complicated operation environment of the distribution network,it has become a common concern for the planning staff to solve the weakness of distribution network by planning efficiently and accurately.At the same time,with the widely use of distribution network information system in production,the operation data got a more comprehensive record.But,the data in different system has not been fully utilized because of the lack of a unified data platform.Therefore,this paper has made a study on how to use multi-source data to improve level of distribution network planning.First of all,the necessity and feasibility of using multi-source data to improve the level of distribution network planning is analyzed in this paper.It is pointed out that current planning methods cannot meet the increasingly frequent short and medium-term planning needs because of the low efficiency of manual data collection and analysis.The traditional weak link analysis cannot effectively describe the complex distribution network operating environment because the index is relatively simple.It is necessary to improve the planning level of distribution network facing the new demand of distribution network planning.At the same time,the data distribution,data structure and data management mode of the current distribution information system to demonstrate the feasibility of using multi-source data to improve the level of planning is also stydied.Reliability calculation method based on multi-source data fusion is studied in this paper.The method of simplifying GIS topology data is designed and the method of constructing the minimum path matrix based on simplified topological data and the equivalent method of the minimum path matrix are proposed to enhance the adaptability of the reliability algorithm to the GIS topology data.At the same time,the paper constructs the equipment failure rate model,strengthens the connection between the reliability algorithm and the equipment defect data,the equipment load rate data and the equipment life data,and realizes the different processing of different running state components.The load rate analysis algorithm and load forecasting algorithm based on multi-source data fusion is also studied in this paper.This paper constructs the evaluation model of multi-dimensional equipment load rate.The model realizes the multi-dimensional analysis of equipment overload rate,heavy overload time and single over load details.The paper improves the load forecasting algorithm based on the historical data and marketing data.Specific load forecasting of the transformer and the line is realized,and the particle size of the load forecasting is minimized.This paper analyzes the sensitivity of the distribution network index to the planning scheme,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of the distribution network planning scheme through the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the design of the function module and system architecture of the auxiliary planning system based on multi-source data is completed,and the system is realized by the computer.The validity of the planning method proposed in this paper is verified by a complete analysis of the weak link analysis,load forecasting,planning scheme development and planning scheme evaluation in Guangdong area.
