We are now in the era of intelligence and datafication.The construction of power distribution network is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In previous electric power constructions,the planning methods based on manual experience is problematic in technical data processing and data utilization and in layout of production equipment.It is necessary to reform and improve the process of distribution network planning.This thesis tries to design and implement the distribution network planning system based on multi-source heterogeneous data fusion.Firstly,the system adopts B/S three-layer architecture for the intelligent and visualized system requirements of distribution network planning,and makes accurate layering and technology selection for different functional components.To use data cleaning and correction technology to integrate multi-source heterogeneous data in the data layer,and then to store in My SQL database.To apply efficient calculation methods in the logic layer to provide the calculation basis of functional modules.To study the logical relationship and communication between functional modules in the application layer,and to use Java technology to develop module interfaces.In the presentation layer,the system applies Baidu map and front-end technology to realize display and interaction functions.Secondly,while proposing corresponding scientific solutions for the different functional modules contained in the system,a method that takes into account the power supply and load transfer capacity of equipment.The load transfer is proposed for the grid planning function for heavy-loaded substations,which combines geographic information to examine the load that can be received by nearby light-loaded substations and transfer part of the load from heavy-overloaded substations to light-loaded substations to achieve load balancing.Thirdly,the system divides the heterogeneous data of distribution network into structured data and unstructured data to process the data from different data sources.The processed data will be empowered for planning business.In terms of structured data,the abnormal data of load factor analysis module is taken as an example,and the data calibration method based on calibration factor is proposed to solve the problem of inaccurate calculation of the module.In the aspect of unstructured data,the CIM model is analyzed,and for the topological data of the model,the grid layout and parity branch correction wiring rules are proposed to automatically generate SVG electrical wiring diagram.Moreover,the simplified CIM model combined with Baidu Map walking navigation technology is proposed to complete the geographic wiring diagram and enhances the interactivity of the system platform.Finally,the system was practically applied to Hepu District,where the heavy overload situation is serious,and the current network in the area was analyzed to locate the specific link of the actual problem and automatically generate the planning scheme.The effectiveness of the system was verified by eliminating the heavy overload situation through the scheme.The system planning process fully embodies the scientific practice process of finding problems,solving problems,and finally getting solutions.
