Road passenger transportation is an important part of national economy.As a node of road transportation,the bus terminal plays an important role in the passenger organization and information collecting.National policies encourage bus terminals to use Internet technology to improve the informatization,passenger ticketing is the beginning.With Internet technology,according to the actual situation,bus terminal operators focus on creating ticketing informationization platform,so that safe,convenient and quick ticketing experience can be provided,and also benefit and increment can be sustained.This paper studies the establishment of IT platform under the condition of the internet technology.Based on the working experience on informationization of author,through the field investigation and learning from enterprises which applied the Internet platform,related experience and data of the passenger ticketing informationizatin platform can be collected.By analyzing the effect and significance of passenger ticket management based on Internet technology,quantitative indexes of ticketing informationizating construction,and the realization of informationizating of planning,establishment and promotion of online and offline,series of measures can be put forward.Using SWOT method,the advantages and disadvantages of ticketing informationization are deeply analyzed.By analyzing data more scientifically,economic benefits and passengers' time benefits can be obtained after implementation.Based on the analysis of efficiency,the paper studies the data of online ticketing,self-service ticketing and traditional ticketing and optimizing combination measures.Combined with marketing strategy of the Internet platform,various concrete measures are enumerated for brand promotion and value-added services.Taking Guangzhou Tianhe Coach Terminal ticketing informationizatin as an example,existing problems of informatization planning,technical support and expanding usage are deeply researched,concrete improvement measures are put forward.Combined with practice,the paper proposes several suggestions on value-added of informationization platform like tweets ads,links and servants,and classification of vertical marketing.
