Nuclear power is playing more and more important role.Nuclear reaction pressure vessel,which consists of five types of revoling bodies,is a very important equipment in nuclear power project.Because nuclear safety matters,it is necessary to make ultrasonic flaw detection to nuclear pressure vessel.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity,so our team cooperation with a nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprise has developed a set of automatic ultrasonic flaw detection equipment for nuclear power pipe section.According to the nuclear power equipment production safety requirements,we need to make the special hoisting spreader to meet the nuclear power production of high efficiency,safety principles.At the same time,in the process of cold working and assembling,the nuclear reaction pressure vessel often needs to turn over 180 degrees,and there is no safe,economic and effective method to change the position.Therefore,the paper designs a kind of 180 degree flip hanger for nuclear torch and transition section,which solves the problem of turning and turning of the nuclear.torch.In this paper,the design and analysis of the two kinds of sling are as follows.According to the actual needs of the project,this paper puts forward the mechanism principle of special inspection of nuclear power spreader straight section and the completion of the program design,the paper describes the structure,principle and installation process,and the mechanical system and electrical system design in detail.According to the working space parameters of the special sling for nuclear power cylinder,the 3D model is established,and the design process of the main components and the selection process of the dynamic parameters are given.The static and dynamic research is carried out to verify the correctness and rationality of the design.Aiming at the practical problems encountered a large turnover in current engineering,nuclear power research section of cold working turnover equipment working conditions,a new conception of turnover hanger and design a program,expounds the structure and principle of turnover hanger,and flip the concrete process,and complete the design of mechanical system and electrical system.Build turnover hanger,give the main components of the design parameter and dynamic parameter selection,and apply the finite element analysis method for stress and stiffness analysis of the key components,and use SolidWorks to analyze the motion of turnover hanger in the right and reasonable verification scheme.
