At present,the overall quality of the operation and management personnel of the national hydropower station is relatively low,which may lead to human error operation,and will also affect the safety of the unit operation.In order to improve the station equipment operation safety and automation level of hydropower,change the backward situation of low efficiency,promote the safety and economic operation of hydropower plant management level,through the transformation and optimization,spend a relatively small investment,bring huge economic and social benefits.According to the operation state of Qinhuangdao hydropower station of the original design and equipment,according to the defects of the existing equipment,the significance of technical transformation is clarified,put forward the principle of comprehensive hydropower station automation technology and related equipment technical requirements,calculate the capacitance current and short-circuit current generator,and introduces the calculation data reasoning related to basic principle of generator protection and setting,provide the corresponding data support and theoretical support for the selection and configuration of electrical equipment.This paper focuses on the analysis of the functional configuration and logical combination of the two equipment in the station,eventually determine the electrical design of the primary and secondary equipment modification.Total station equipment automation level is low,it fails to meet the modern hydroelectric power system of certain rules relating to the relevant requirements,the overall design of the intelligent monitoring system,puts forward the hydropower station determines the design principles of the system,expounds the features and functions of intelligent monitoring system,design of IEC61850 standards by in situ monitoring control unit screen function,the unit automation solution content such as rational configuration of stand accused of layer,completed for transformer,governor,lightning arrester devices such as real-time monitoring,and improve the on-line expert system for technical consultation,overall improve the level of automation and reliability of power system.
