| From an ecological point of view,the nature of the city is a complex system with dissipative structure and the exchange of material flow,energy flow and information flow occurs constantly inside and outside urban areas.As an important medium of urban system,infrastructure plays an important role in this process.On the process of the city from the lower stage to the higher stage,the infrastructure must be coordinated with the development of urban space.At present,many cities in China are in the stage of rapid development,urban space has changed greatly compared with before.In particular,the increase in the size of the city and the emergence of new functional elements of the city put forward new demand for infrastructure.It is necessary to study the relationship between urban space and infrastructure construction.In Belt and Road Initiative strategy background,the development of the node city on the silk road has become the focus of people’s attention.Kuqa,like many other cities in China are in the stage of rapid urban development,urban scale,spatial pattern,compared with the previous great adjustments have taken place.There has been a contradiction between urban development and the existing infrastructure system.how to speed up the construction of the infrastructure system to meet the needs of the rapid development of the city is the reality of Kuqa.From this point of view,it is of practical significance to study the development of Kuqa.Therefore,this paper study the response of the infrastructure system planning to the rapid expansion of Kuqa.This paper reviews the relevant literature and related theories to explore the response of the infrastructure system planning to the rapid expansion of Kuqa.The main fruit of this paper include the study of the relationship between urban space and infrastructure system and the response strategies of the infrastructure system planning to the rapid expansion of Kuqa.Research on the relationship between urban space and infrastructure system.(1)the relationship between urban space and infrastructure system.on the one hand,the city’s social economic activities depend on the urban space and urban space is the carrier of the transfer and exchange of various flow patterns in the city.on the other hand,the material flow,energy flow and information flow in the city are closely related to the infrastructure density.city scale affects the infrastructure system in terms of total construction,technical level and network structure.Resource infrastructure system affects city scale,Environmental infrastructure systems affect amenity of urban environment,Ecological infrastructure relate to security of urban space development.Infrastructure system influences the evolution of urban space form,speed and order.Urban functional space and infrastructure system are the relationship between source and flow.Urban functional space determine the total demand for infrastructure construction and structural arrangements.The transmission and exchange of infrastructure system affects the nature,structure and form of land use in function space.Different density of urban areas affect the infrastructure construction because of the differences in the functional capacity of land area per unit area.The construction of infrastructure system affects the distribution of urban density through the influence of urban service location,traffic location and environmental location.Infrastructure system planning response strategy and method to rapid expansion of Kuqa.This paper analyzes the changes of urban population scale,land use scale and functional pattern of Kuqa in recent years,and hold that the energy resource endowment,economic development and the improvement of residents’ needs,policy support and transportation infrastructure are the driving forces of the urban spatial expansion of Kuqa,analyzes the relationship between the present situation of the infrastructure system and the urban space of Kuqa.Look the scale and functional structure of Kuqa as the background and stress factors of infrastructure systems,the paper consider that the infrastructure system is developing towards the total amount of facilities,technology and network.The change of urban scale and function structure will cause the change of traffic demand side,The paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of motorized,the change of passenger flow,the adjustment of traffic travel structure,traffic congestion.And then put forward the countermeasures in the aspects of road network structure,public transportation system,slow traffic system,static traffic system,traffic management system and so on.Resource-based infrastructure is closely related to the layout of urban functions and the size of the population,and puts forward a strategy of coping with the total supply of infrastructure and the layout of related facilities.Such as Kuqa water supply system response strategies including the supply side of water resources protection and utilization,improve the water supply system network.The environment-based infrastructure puts forward the planning response strategy around the total quantity and the technical structure.Such as improving the existing drainage system facilities and service levels of Kuqa,improve pipe network coverage and sewage treatment rate to meet the ever-expanding production and living needs.This paper puts forward the planning response strategy of Kuqa garden green space system in perfecting the structure level of green space,meeting the disaster prevention and security requirements and promoting the residents’ leisure communication.And suggested that the Kuqa safety and disaster prevention system mainly considers the requirements of the system carrying capacity of the urban population and the scale of the industry from the aspects of the earthquake disaster prevention infrastructure and the fire control infrastructure. |
