generally affected by politics,natural conditions,social economy and other factors,which is mainly reflected in the change of urban spatial layout and external form.Influenced by regional economic development,urban economic development and population migration,modern urban spatial form has formed certain urban spatial form expansion mode and spatial structure type.Located in the hinterland of xinjiang kuqa city,has a long history in the ancient times there is signs of human activity,from the initial settlement to the kuqa construction of city city,are the king of han period after qiuci urban spatial form,promote the development of kuqa city scientific and reasonable.Taking the main urban area of Kuqa city as the research object and the historical development time of kuqa city construction as the axis,this paper divides the evolution of urban spatial form of the main urban area of Kuqa into three stages: ancient period,modern period and contemporary period for research and analysis.In kuqa evolution history of urban spatial morphology based on geography,from the structure of the urban space development type,the developing mode of the urban space form,dynamic mechanism of urban spatial form evolution and the reasonable mode of the urban space form four aspects to analyze the summary of kuqa,the main general characteristics and dynamic mechanism of urban spatial form evolution factors,and the status quo of the urban space morphology development of kuqa summarizes problems,put forward the corresponding development strategy,the development of the urban space form in kuqa city scientific and reasonable forecast.This paper mainly researches from the following aspects:Firstly,the author collates and analyzes the historical and geographical data of kuqa urban spatial form.Kuqa has a long history and is the birthplace of the colorful ancient "Qiuci culture".Rich in resources,it is the source of national energy projects,has convenient location advantages such as transportation,culture and economy,and is also the unique gathering place of ethnic minorities in southern Xinjiang.Second,the development process of Kuqa city since its construction is sorted out.The evolution process of urban spatial form of the main urban area of Kuqa is divided into three periods: ancient period,modern period and contemporary period,and the development of urban spatial form is divided in stages according to the characteristics of urban development process in each period.For the urban construction of kuqa’s main city in ancient times,it went from the original king’s capital yancheng to The ancient city of Kuqa in the Tang Dynasty to the old city of Kuqa in the Qing Dynasty.In modern times,the urban development of the main urban area of Kuqa is in the transitional stage the period of change is complicated,so according to the research needs,each version of the overall urban planning of kuqa city as a time node for analysis of urban spatial form evolution,and through the mathematical analysis of urban expansion,urban agglomeration further supplement this period-diffusion model for the spatial form of change: "enclave" model of development-twins development paper analyzes the problems faced by the development of urban spatial form of Kuqa city at the present stage,and puts forward the strategies for the optimization of urban spatial form of Kuqa city,so as to provide scientific and reasonable Suggestions for the development of urban spatial form in the future.
