In recent years,the controller "mistakes forgetfulness negligence" problem is one of the main factors affecting the safety of air traffic control,air traffic system is the existence of chronic disease over the years.Statistical analysis shows that 70% to 80% of the civil aviation in today’s civil aviation is directly related to "mistakes forgetfulness negligence",and 82% of the accidents caused by the controller "mistakes forgetfulness negligence",so the controller "mistakes forgetfulness negligence" problem can not be ignored.Control work is a dynamic,multi-variable complex human-computer interaction system,the system uncertain factors,logical relationship is complex,"mistakes forgetfulness negligence" event probability is difficult to determine.Previous studies have focused on the external factors on the individual "mistakes forgetfulness negligence" the impact of the individual from the point of view to explain the controller occurred "mistakes forgetfulness negligence" mechanism,making the controller "mistakes forgetfulness negligence" to prevent the focus on the organization and management level and ignore the individual itself led to "mistakes forgetfulness negligence" the inherent factors,which is the current air traffic control to prevent "mistakes forgetfulness negligence" is facing the biggest problem.In this paper,from the perspective of the behavioral characteristics of the nervous system,the distinction between the controller "mistakes forgetfulness negligence" from the organization and management level of the study,designed the error experiment,through the subjects of continuous operation of the reaction and error data,argument the relationship and law between the behavioral characteristics of the nervous system and the "mistakes forgetfulness negligence" of the controller;Make use of box-cox conversion methods,converting the non-positive data sets to a normal distribution,then classify the the nervous system behavioral characteristics index.Using k-means clustering analysis method,classification controller capacity of a number of indicators of data.Through the practical significance of the theory,named and explained each cluster.The results show that the behavioral characteristics of the nervous system of the controller are related to the "mistakes forgetfulness negligence",and with the change of the behavioral characteristics of the nervous system,the error has a regular trend,which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-upstudy.Through the box-cox conversion method,the control group’s "mistakes forgetfulness negligence" target classification,each indicator corresponding to five levels.Based on the k-means clustering method,we divided the controller Response Time variable,Response Time Variance variable and Mistakes Forgetfulness Negligence variable into four categories,named and explained each cluster.On the whole,the controller "mistakes forgetfulness negligence" is analyzed from the perspective of behavioral characteristics of neural system,which provides a new method and train of thought for the controller selection and training,so as to provide reliable basis for the theoretical research on the safe operation of the post.
