The autonomic nervous system is one of the essential neuromodulatory systems in the human body.With the progress of society and rapid update of electronic products,many people suffer from insomnia,memory loss and other autonomic nervous system diseases.If not paid attention to medical treatment timely,they may eventually develop into a brain tumor,cardiovascular dysfunction,and other serious diseases.So it's necessary to evaluate autonomic nervous function in people's daily lives.In this paper,pulse rate variability(PRV)is used as an index to evaluate the autonomic nervous function,and a portable PRV-detection device is designed,which is connected to the Internet by WiFi technology.Users can use this device to detect pulse rate variability and evaluate autonomic nervous function at home at any time.In combination with the development of Internet medicine,this paper also designed an Internet platform for users,who can log in the platform to view the historical test results anytime and anywhere.The analysis methods of pulse rate variability in the frequency domain and time-frequency domain were embedded in the platform.Welch frequency-domain analysis was used to independently analyze the activity of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves and obtain the overall functional state of autonomic nerves.The time-frequency analysis of wavelet transform was used to get the change of autonomic nervous function with time.The platform also designs a health guide to evaluate autonomic nervous function by using pulse variability.Users can use the health guide to assess their autonomic nervous health at anytime and anywhere,which really pushes the assessment of autonomic nervous function to people's daily lives.After the completion of the system design,the pulse rate variability analysis was carried out for users in normal state and insomnia state respectively.Combined with the health guidelines on the platform,the results of the assessment of autonomic nervous function and recommendations for response were obtained.Platform functions are well implemented.
