With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway,high-speed railway will become the main transportation for people,"long-term railway network plan(2008),by 2020 the national railway operating mileage of 120 thousand kilometers or more,the future of China's high-speed railway construction scope will be broader,faster,corresponding time will be extended.Subsequently,the relevant issues of High-Speed Rail ride comfort will be of concern,and the major impact on the overall comfort of high-speed rail is the main high-speed rail seat comfort.In view of the problems of high speed rail seat,it is found that the shape of the seat cushion and the buttocks and thighs of the human body are poor,and it is easy to decline when changing the posture,Long term riding conditions,the shape of the front end of the seat will affect the leg muscle comfort,thereby affecting the comfort of passengers ride experience,therefor,In this paper,the combination of subjective and objective methods,The paper studies the comfort between the seat cushion and the contact surface of the high-speed train,which is of great significance to improve the quality of the comfort of the high-speed train and to improve the research on the theory of ergonomics.The research contents are as follows:(1)High speed rail passengers in the vehicle driving state environment,due to the effect of vibration and air pressure,passengers will take to get through the seat adjustment from time to time during the ride comfort,to explore the influence of sitting high iron seat comfort,this paper studies on the correct sitting posture and relax.(2)the factors affecting the comfort of passenger seats are analyzed from the angle of human seat environment.And on this basis,from the seat of human engineering,combined with the humanized design concept,will affect the comfort of the human factors as an important branch of in-depth study,The data of important parameters related to seat static comfort were analyzed and tried to get the best sitting posture data(3)according to the existing data of seat parameters,(the best seat indentation hardness,cushion thickness,cushion material hardness)and cushion surface features to design variables related to High-speed rail surface morphology of different seat cushion model.(4)the regional division of the contact area on the chair cushion,divided into hip and leg;Based on the Tekscan cushion pressure sensor,the pressure data of the pressure points in different seat cushions are obtained,By using the method of body pressure distribution,the static pressure distribution index SPD%,the circular pressure gradient GC and the linear pressure gradient GT were calculated to analyze the characteristics of the human body pressure distribution on different cushions,and seek the best surface modeling.(5)The subjective method mainly adopts the seven level of comfort evaluation scale,It is difficult to understand the characteristics of the surface of the seat because the subject is not aprofessional,Therefore,the evaluation of the satisfaction of a certain feature or parameter of the chair is no longer the scale design of the experiment.
