The Purpose of this paper is to enhance the quality management for locomotive assembly line by conducting investigation on status of locomotive assembly line and Put forward the Improvement measures of related quality issues. This thesis has successfully put forward the effective measures and management model to improve the quality management standard of locomotive assembly line by researching on the related references and the forefront of scientific research achievements.This thesis is trying to find the best quality management way by applying related management tool combined with actual situation. The main actions listed on this thesis, which would enhance the quality management on the assembly production line, can be used on similar locomotive assembly field, it is valuable and universal.
