The Design Of The Gasoline Generator Inverter

This paper introduces the design of the gasoline generator inverter. First of all, the gasoline generator is introduced briefly, and the requirements of the gasoline generator inverter are described in detail. Then,the system is designed of the hardware, including the inverter H bridge, the output filter and the rectifier circuit. The design of control circuit comprises the control chip selection, the output current sampling circuit design, the output voltage sampling circuit design, IGBT drive circuit design, and control loop design. At the same time,the printed circuit boards are designed. In the process of software design, a monitoring software is designed by the MFC(Microsoft Foundation Classes).The software can acquire and display the working state and the setting parameter of the inverter. Finally,the test of the whole system is finished. The design has the advantages of good output waveform, comprehensive protection measures, low power consumption, low cost and so on.
