The prices and competitive pressures of the domestic cars are increasing recent years.Industry profit margins and sales have been entering the downstream channel.Under this background,the state issued a series of subsidy policies to encourage the development of new energy vehicles,which make it to become a new darling of the market.The"Thirteenth five year plan report"made it clear that "Vigorously develop and promote electric car of new energy vehicles,to speed up the constrction of urban parking and charging facilities."It means that, compared to other new energy vehicles,electric car will become the main position in the field of research and development.As a part of "Three vetical and three horizontal"development strategy,IGBT driver is the transit station of high voltage IGBT module and low voltage PWM control,act both as driver and protector.In this paper,make IGBT driver as research and design target,mainly divided into the following aspects:First of all,combined with IGBT market and application in new energy vehicles,draw an overview of the development status.Summerize and compare representative products.Taking IGBT as the research object,analysis of structure principle,failure factors,then propose the protection requirements and the overall structure based on it. Created an Infineon IGBT model with Saber software as well.Secondly,combining with the pros and cons of feasibility plans,desiged circuit diagram of IGBT driver.The circuit consist of bus voltage detection circuit,both IGBT and IGBT driver board temperatue detection and fault report circuit,Isolation power supply circuit,main driving circuit.The main driving circuit consists of a series of IGBT protecting functions,which will be introduced in detail in chapter 3.The transformer in isolation ciruit is also designed,and the logic tructure of the driver chip is also built.Then,made the simulation above the modules with Saber and Pspcie,the correctness of the principle is proved.Finally,in order to make the driver board can effectively resist the interference among the signals in each layer,reduce the parasitic inductance,improve stability. The fifth chapter analysis of the layout and wiring requirements, Design an draw the six panels IGBT driver board with Allegro Cadence.Followed by the corresponding softwares,SI and PI simulation is made.The reliability of signal quality is verified,and the problem signal is optimize.The PCB resonance and the current density are simulated,the position of the resonance point is also optimized.At the end of the bench test,confirmed that the driver board can achieve the preset requirement.
