Gasoline Generator Set Inverter And Controller

Gasoline power gernerator has been widely uesed in various areas as AC power source because of its flexibility convenience and stability. In current years, as the fast development of our country, many provinces has been short of power to some extent. As a result, gasoline power gernerator, as spare power source, become more and more important. The conventional gasoline power gernerator export the original electricity produced by electrical machine, the disadvantage is the frequence and voltage of the electricity are not very stable. The most new-style gasoline power gernerator combined with power electronics converters and electronic speed controller, has shown its superiority in good output quality and low oil consumption. This type machine is called digital power gernerator.This article aims to design the electronic components of digital power gernerator. The main work consists of two parts:i.power electronics converts;ii.electronic speed controller of the motor.The first charpt describes the development of gasoline power gernerator, introduces the background of this thesis.The second charpt mainly describle the structure and principle of gasoline power gernerator.The third charpt focuses on the desige of speed controller of the motor, fuzzy control and PID control are both used to form a hybrid controller.The fourth charpt introduces the power electroncis converts(inverter) design, both hardware and software are represented.Finally the fifth charpt illustrate the experiment results.
