As one of the most important environmental protection alternatives,the design and research of electric vehicle has been paid more and more attention.Frame is the key component of electric vehicle,and the structure and performance of the electric vehicle has an important influence on the operation stability and ride comfort.The reasonable design of the frame structure can effectively improve the performance of the vehicle.Based on the theory of finite element and experimental modal analysis,the force and dynamic characteristics of the frame were analyzed in this paper.Firstly,the static and dynamic analysis of the multi-seat electric vehicle frame under the condition of full load bending and emergency braking were carried out.Based on the displacement and deformation of the frame,the combined stress and the low order frequency,the improved scheme was put forward based on the knowledge of mechanics theory.ANSYS static and modal analysis module were used to verify the results.The results showed that the improved frame stiffness and strength were improved,and the dynamic characteristics were improved.Secondly,the data acquisition and analysis system was used to collect the frame of the sensor.Using Structure module of Modal Genius software established the frame movement simulation model.And sensor placement was made as the driving point.In the Datablock module,the test data matched with the driving point of the model and the modal analysis was carried out to get the natural frequency and vibration mode of the frame.The experimental modal analysis results were compared with the calculation model,and the rationality of the finite element model was verified.Finally,by using the results of finite element and experimental modal analysis,the optimization scheme of the frame was presented.DOE optimization module was applied to optimize the frame.The results showed that the stiffness and strength of the frame met the requirements of the use of the conditions,the quality of the reduction of 17.1%.
