In recent years,with the increasingly development of China's economic power,electronic information industry and the continuous progress of the shipping industry,marine navigation radar ushered in a broader market.Civilian navigation radar is monopolized by foreign companies,and more and more domestic enterprises have made effort in the development of navigation radar,so it is of important market significance to develop navigation radar with independent intellectual property rights.In this papar,the radar data processing technology is studied and the radar display and control software is designed and realized.Firstly,the plot processing in radar data processing is studied.The reason of multi-value is analyzed and the method to cohere the original radar targets is studied.Considering the different use of the coordinate frames when moving,the transformation method of the common coordinate frames is analyzed.Secondly,the method of track processing is studied.The track processing is mainly divided into the track initiation and the t rack correlation filtering.Two kinds of track initiation techniques are studied,which are the Intuitive Algorithm and the M/N Logic Algorithm.On the basis of the M/N logic,the improvement made by the gate control reduces the rate of false track.The si mulation verifies the good performance of the improvement method.The Nearest Neighbor Standard Filter(NNSF)and Probability Data Interconnection Filter(PDAF)are studied for track correlation processing.The simulation verifies that it has good performanc e by using PDAF in clutter environment.According to cross-moving of multi-targets,the Joint Probability Data Association Filtering(JPDAF)Algorithm is studied on the basis of the PDAF Algorithm.The simulation results show that the JPDAF has an advantage over PDAF in crossing-moving.Due to the complexity of the JPDAF algorithm,an experience algorithm is studied and the feasibility is verified by the simulation.In case of non-linear problems,simulation analysis of the first-order extended Kalman filter(EKF)and de-deflection conversion measurement Kalman filter(CMKF)is discussed.The result shows that CMKF algorithm has a better effect.Finally,radar display and control software is designed and realized.The communication module,the radar data processing module,the radar image display module and the electronic chart module,are included.In fact,the radar data processing module is a concrete realization of the previous radar data processing technology research.The software can send the operation co mmands and show the echo information.In addition,the radar data processing helps display the targets points and tracks.The simulation verifies the practicality and efficiency of the software when following the crossing-moving targets.
