At present,as China's market of real estate develops steadily and people's living standards continue to improve,residents have a further request for living environment,and have more demands for functions and livability of the residential area.Residential recreation and sports facilities can provide a place where city residents can do leisure activities in cold region.So when people choose a residence in the urban area,they gradually give more consideration to the the "quality" and"class" of recreation and sports facilities.The current government specification on the planning of recreational and sports facilities is the Specification of Urban Residential Area Planning and Design(GB50180-93)(2002).However,the planning and design of urban residential recreation and sports facilities is systematic,and the final design will be influenced by region,history,economy,population structure,and social aspects.And the traditional evaluation models are basically used in the process after designing,which rate and grade built residential recreation and sports facilities.Therefore,it is significant to set up a model,generating a regular pattern to adapt to the unknown model,which means the model based on known data could apply to the evaluation and predicting of other residential recreation and sports facilities in other cities.Based on the research on current situation of residential residential recreation and sports facilities in cold region,this paper investigate the status quo of residential recreation and sports facilities,such as their configuration,layout and scale,and analyze the problem of residential recreation and sports facilities as well as the impact of population structure on its planning.According to the analysis of current data,combined with the existing relevant research at home and abroad,based on artificial neural network,the residential recreation and sports facilities evaluation system in cold region is set up.From the perspective of the impact of population structure on its layout and scale,the evaluation system can be divided into two aspects which are the residential recreation and sports facilities layout evaluation system and the residential recreation and sports facilities scale evaluation system,and expand forecasting models based on the two aspects.Based on the summarizing and refining of current regulation and specification,as well as the statistics and analysis of respondents' desire requirements on residential recreation and sports facilities,each impact factor could be defined scientifically.Thereby the neural network,ELMAN can be applied in order to determine the prediction model and the forecast results are presented.This paper are mainly embodied in the following aspects:According to the research and analysis of residential recreation and sports facilities,the designing problems of residential recreation and sports facilities and the impact of population structure on their planning can be summed up.According to the research,combined with domestic and foreign existing related evaluation system,the factors affecting the designing of residential recreation and sports facilities can be assured.And the residential recreation and sports facilities in cold region evaluation system based on artificial neural network can be set up.On the basis of the summary of state and local relevant norms and standards,combined with the domestic and foreign related mature evaluation model and prediction model,each influence factor can be defined scientifically.According to all the above data,summary and analysis,the forecast model of residential recreation and sports facilities in cold region can be completed.The MATLAB_R2014b software can be used to write a program of a evaluation and prediction model of residential recreation and sports facilities in cold region.So the process of evaluation and prediction become more convenient and quick,and the evaluation and prediction results can be more intuitive.
