Study On The Optimal Design Of The Thermal Environment Of Ward In Northern Cold Regions

Hospital is a special kind of public building,its design requires not only to meet the reasonable use of the functional space and the user's comfortable experience,but also to ensure the efficient operation of the medical process,and to provide health for patients,health,effective treatment and rehabilitation of space.Hospital ward plays an important role in the space which the patients stay in the hospital for the longest time.Its thermal environment is related to the patient's recovery and comfortable experience.Hospital general ward in cold area mainly rely on natural ventilation,central air conditioning auxiliary temperature control mode in summer;and mainly uses the central heating way in winter.Study on the thermal environment of the ward in severe cold area has the application value.This paper is divided into four parts,which is based on the logical line of the problem,the theoretical research,the experimental analysis and the solution method.Firstly,the research background,related concepts and research situation at home and abroad are introduced.And defined the scope of the study for the general hospital ward.The concept of thermal environment in ward includes: temperature,humidity,heat radiation temperature and air flow rate.Secondly,it discussed the thermal environment standard of the ward,and put forward that the thermal environment of the ward should be satisfied: three kinds of standards of health care,human body rehabilitation and thermal comfort,and obtained the range of the thermal environment index of the ward combined with these three kinds of standards.Again,through the field research and data testing of the hospital ward,and reasonable software analysis data,then sunned up the thermal environment of the thermal environment of the hospital ward and the existing problems.At present,the main problems of the hospital ward in cold area are: the temperature disorder of the window in winter,indoor ventilation in winter and summer,too much direct nature light in summer,indoor humidity is not suitable,and thermal disturbance.Finally,this paper puts forward the method of optimization design for the thermal environment of the hospital ward in cold area,aiming at the problem of the research.Based on the theoretical study of the thermal environment of the ward,the standard and test of the ward,this paper tries to construct a thermal environment which can effectively control the infection and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
