Human heart muscle cells will produce regularity biological activity signals.By combining these signals into a weak electrical signal and further enlarged and depicted as graphics,doctors can make judgments by graphics of abnormal heart activity.The medical equipment which could accomplish the conversion process is Electrocardiogram machine.Electrocardiograph has become one of the most commonly used medical devices by all levels of hospitals and clinical diagnostic and research institutions currently.Since the accuracy of graphics that the electrocardiograph depicts has a direct impact of the judges which doctors made to find out the heart if it works well,electrocardiographs? measurement performance becomes very important.Because of the use of electrocardiographs is quite common,it will greatly simplified the regular calibration work by the Metrology Institute and other institutions if a portable electrocardiograph calibrator was designed.This paper analysed of the status quo of technology of the electrocardiograph calibrator in and out of the country,which is based on the factors that influenced the ECG machine calibration work.And then put forward some improvement measures.All this program mainly completed the ARM system design,and the main work is as follows:(1)A high accuracy waveform generation circuit system which can adjust the periodic frequency in real time is designed which based on the ARM Cortex-M4 core chip STM32F407.(2)A power supply circuit and amplitude switching circuit are designed,with this the the tester system can also have V-class and m V-level output.(3)Designed a clear and concise verification process and on this basis,the software design of the calibrator system is completed.(4)Complete the overall system debugging and uncertainty analysis.Complete the test in practical application scenarios and repeat the test on the calibrated ECG machine.Then the practicability of the calibrator is verified.
