Testing-pile Load box, as a unrepeatable used experimental measuring power and reading device, is now widely used in the big caliber affusing pile foundation test and Its testing data accuracy is concerned with the whole project quality. With the booming development of high building in Jiang Xi province, as well as with the sharp increasing of the measuring and adjusting testing-pile Load box in the measuring department, it is gradually found that the regulation of testing-pile Load box conflicts with the effective practices in the measuring and adjusting process. Aiming at the unreasonable parts of the regulation, this dissertation combined with the practice, thus ensuring the testing data reliable and genuine.It first introduces the developing tendency and background of the self-balance measuring method, followed by an analysis of the primary structure and the operating principle of the testing-pile Load box, and a full analysis of the working approach aimed at the testing-pile Load box. In practice, the testing-pile Load box totally depended on the testing data issued by the measuring department, and accordingly technological index was then calculated to judge the quality of pile foundation. The data of the testing-pile Load box is ensured genuine and reliable in practice by summarizing the data of the quantitive and repetitive experiment, analyzing the stability, and simulating the working method of the testing-pile Load box in the bottom of the pile foundation. The new scheme of the testing regulation revision is verified from the measuring perspective.Combining the problems in practice, analyzing the uncertain elements leading to the deviation of the testing result, a new improved approach of testing-pile Load box is designed. Based on the full analysis of technical indexes, such as load efficiency, interpolated error, the repetition of the data showing, and internal leakage quality, the more reliable testing data issued by the testing department is ensured, and a more reliable guarantee id provided for the project construction. By full analyzing the uncertainty of the testing-pile Load box data measured by the testing equipment, calculating the synthetic uncertainty with the GUM approach uncertainly spreading rate, to get the relative expanded uncertainty of the measured and evaluated value, thus the dispersibility of the measuring result is quantizated.In summary, By summarizing the experimental data, the practice is combined with the theory, this dissertation is very practical and widely used, and a solid foundation is laid to eliminate the project quality problem thoroughly.
