Sports center is a collection of a number of field,museum in one,with competition,training,exhibitions and other functions,is the city's most important sports facilities,but also an important carrier in the public service system.Residents can easily enjoy the sports center of the service function reflects a city sports facilities planning reasonable or not standard.Harbin is also based on the needs of the present stadium in the Songbei District planning Olympic Sports Center land,then how can the public to maximize the use of sports center services,how to ensure that the sports center during the large-scale events to the largest range of services to people,Is the sports center and other parts of the city's effective transport links is the planning level of the primary problem.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the traffic circle of the sports center and uses the network analysis module of the GIS software to validate and analyze the location of the sports center by taking the traffic network of the sports center and the time cost of different vehicles as the data,And the surrounding sports center sports services to calculate the range.In this paper,from the internal traffic in the walk,bicycles,cars,buses,subway;external traffic highway,national highway,provincial highway,railway,according to different time period to calculate the traffic center in the surrounding traffic coverage,At the same time,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the sports center and the traffic after the game,and analyzes its influence on the traffic according to its different functions,and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the traffic in Songbei District and the whole city.Through the analysis,it shows that different traffic modes have different influence on the coverage of traffic.At the same time,the traffic coverage of motor vehicles is larger than that of non-motor vehicles,and the motor vehicles rely on the developed road traffic network.But the traffic on the road and the car traffic will be hindered;public transport because of its uniform distribution of lines and sites,so coverage is better,but because of the Songbei District of the bus lines less cross-river subway channel and other reasons,Its coverage is low;race traffic can not meet the competition venues 1 hour between the traffic circle requirements;according to the city after the game sports facilities,traffic circle analysis,Harbin Hall facilities accessibility to be improved,and the current facilities facilities transportation Coverage still can not meet the needs of the public.On the basis of the above analysis,the paper puts forward the corresponding planning strategies for traffic during and after the large-scale events in the road traffic network around the Harbin Sports Center.
