Abstract/Summary:
At present,the fuel supply regulator is used for the fuel supply and flow regulation of the small turbojet engine fuel control system.the design of the hydraulic regulating control system has gradually exposed the defects such as the complexity of the system structure,the large weight of the control system,the high requirement of fuel cleanness,low reliability and low efficiency.In order to solve the problems existing in the existing control system,the design concept of multi-electric engine is first put forward,and the maximum change of the fuel control system is the use of the intelligent electric pump,changing the valve control to pump control,relying on the motor to drive the pump work,through the controller to regulate the motor speed control pump output flow,the application of pump control technology,can solve the main problems of the current engine control system.1.In this paper,according to the low volume efficiency of traditional gear pump,the linear correspondence between flow and rotational speed,the adaptive face clearance compensation device is designed,which effectively improves the volumetric efficiency of fuel gear pump,and keeps the pump output flow and speed to maintain a good near linear proportional relationship,and improves the fuel flow control accuracy.2.In the design process of brushless DC motor,the PWM carrier frequency is determined by simulation test results,which solves the problem of large current impact when the motor is started.In the hardware and software design of the controller,the power consumption is reduced by selecting the key components reasonably,and the driving efficiency is improved.the electromagnetic interference of the controller in the large current is solved.The software design adopts the modular design method,and the control parameters are determined by a large number of test optimization.the control algorithm is adopted to solve the reliable start-up problem of the motor under different ambient temperature conditions.3.The part simulation,the semi-physical simulation and the experiment verification of the designed intelligent electric pump system are carried out.the simulation results show that the whole design basically realizes the design intention,and the correctness of the design is verified.The test results show that the electric pump system can control the fuel flow more accurately,and can meet the actual demand of the engine.The results of this paper show preliminarily that the feasibility of the intelligent electric pump control system instead of the traditional valve control system,and pointed out the direction for the improvement of the follow-up turbine jet engine control system.
