China's energy face severe situation,in order to reduce energy consumption,heating companies use industrial steam turbines instead of electric heating burden of circulating pump and boiler induced draft fan and other loads,but now the industrial steam turbine use is not widespread,no scale.Therefore,boiler room heating system in cold area of heating area from two million square meters to six million square meters,to load with alternative motor industrial steam turbine,the exhaust steam as it use realize repeatedly used in the research of energy again.This study will provide the reasonable choice of industrial steam turbine and provide certain reference.First,think about regional hot water boiler,steam boiler and hot water boiler room three systems replace motor to drive the load with the steam turbine,and the tier of the steam used to realize the multiple utilization of energy,and draw the corresponding regional boiler room heating system diagram.Second,according to the boiler capacity in a cold district and the N umbers with the installation of the equipment,boilers,load,and drive the industrial steam turbine and heat exchange with method of load is studied.Commonly used three kinds of mainly motor driven system form drag load,the cost is high,the industrial steam turbine drag load were studied.A project in jinan as an example,the boiler capacity selection,circulating pump,and heat exchange,such as matching technology research analysis.Third,analyzed the cold regional boiler room heating system energy consumption and operation regulation.Represented by typical cities in cold,adjustment and drag load operation adjustment of boiler operation case analysis,combined with a project example,jinan economic operation of boiler room solutions,circulating pump operation and industrial steam turbines instead of electric load calculation and analysis,put forward rational economic operation scheme.Fourth,regional boiler rooms cost annuity present value model is established,and the analysis of industrial steam turbine in the steam boiler and hot water boiler's application and promote the economic efficiency and energy saving effects of the load.According to analysis of commonly used three kinds of heating system in a cold district form energy-saving feasibility and economic feasibility,the conclusion is the most economical heating system form of regional boiler rooms.Analysis of cold area heating area from two million square meters to six million square meters of heating systems engineering instance,safely draw the conclusion that the heating system is the most optimal for regional steam boiler,hot water for the area of the second steam boiler room,the third for hot water boiler heating system.
