Research On Quality Management System Of SDHT Company’s Rockets Section Production Line

In our country,the production mode of the rocket section product has changed.Rocket products was various,discrete and produced in small numbers.But it has now become a production line.SDHT company’s rockets section product also started production line.In the beginning,a lot of quality management problems had emerged,and product quality began to decline.Therefore,it needs to improve the quality management level of the rocket section production line.In this paper,the situation of SDHT company’s production line of the rockets section is firstly introduced,an analysis of the existing problems is given,and the root cause has been found,that is the quality management system in SDHT company cannot adapt to the production line.Research on quality management of SDHT company’s rockets section production line is carried out.From the perspective of enterprise,the method of constructing quality management system is pretended.The research on the construction of the rocket section production line quality management system is carried out from three aspects: core elements of the management,working program and production process.After the optimization of mode,the quality management of the rockets section production line is more standardized,transparent and refined.Finally,it gives the detailed tactics for the effective running of rockets section production line quality management system.
