As the growth of the national demand for high performance aeroengine and the changes of aeroengine production conditions,to optimizing transformation for the processing technology of the key components of aeroengine is an inevitable trend.Casing is an important part of aeroengine combustion chamber,its structure is complex,easy to deformation,difficult to materials processing,long processing cycle and so on,it has been a difficult problem in the industry.In this paper,the research object of an aeroengine casing is studied,which aiming at the manufacturing process,based on the digital manufacturing technology,the process optimization of aeroengine casing is analyzed,simulated and verified,which provides a complete set of digital solutions for the development of the industry.This paper first analyses the structure characteristics,the material properties,process characteristics and deformation mechanism,control methods and means of aeroengine.Through the study of the original process specification,it puts forward to optimize the direction of the current process.For process engineering and field problems are analyzed,and points out the basic reasons for these problems.According to analyze technical personnel and field problem,it points out the basic reasons for these problems,and demonstrates the necessity of using digital manufacturing technology.According to analyze production conditions and product requirements of casing,this paper then establishes the optimization principle of the aeroengine manufacturing process.The path,the key technologies and key process involved are studied.According to the actual working conditions,the specific objectives are determined,and the specific research contents are confirmed,which lays the foundation for the following research work.Finally,in this paper,on the basis of the application of modern digital information technology,relying on advanced manufacturing software(Germany TEBIS)as the platform,using highly efficient tool(Germany UFTECH),introducting of Germany advanced manufacturing technology,this article solves the bottleneck problem in the process of casing processing,and it provides a new idea and method for the aviation industry in China.Based on the three aspects of risk,budget and benefit,this paper analyzes the feasibility of process optimization based on digital manufacturing technology,which provides a strong basis for enterprise's decision-making.
