As one of the most important measuring instruments in the inertial platform,ThreeFloated pendulous integrating gyro accelerometer(PIGA)can be used for measuring the acceleration of carrier in the inertial space.The precision of Three-floated PIGA is influenced by temperature.Uneven distribution and fluctuation of temperature could cause reside from gravity and buoyancy,disturbing moment of oil and parameter stability of oil,which decrease the precision of Three-floated PIGA.It's very important to analyze temperature field distribution in Three-floated PIGA.According to error model of Three-floated PIGA,first-order coefficient influenced by fluctuation of temperature and uneven-temperature distribution of oil was analyzed.Based on structure and heat transferring of Three-floated PIGA,temperature model was established.With finite element method,steady temperature simulation of Three-floated PIGA was presented.The result is reasonable.According to structural features of the instrument,temperature testing points were set rationally.It was shown that the results of simulation coincided well with the experimental data.Fundamental parameter was provided for heat design of Three-floated PIGA.According to the results of simulation and experiment,optimize the temperature field of Three-floated PIGA.By enhancing power of heat in big convenient plate,temperature gradient of oil was decreased and temperature field distribution was more uniform.It benefits the thermal design for Three-floated PIGA.
