The development of inertial devices has been the core of national military technology,and countries have strict technical blockade.Improving the inertial devices' accuracy and performance is to meet the needs of China's defense equipment and enhance the national defense strength.Test turntables are important equipments in the development of inertial navigation systems and inertial components.In the producing and debugging test turntable,in order to receive its performance data informatively,accurately and reliably,it is necessary to develop an effective detection equipment.In the scientific community,the theory of angle detection technology,being widely used,has three major categories namely,mechanical measurement,electromagnetic measurement and optical system measurement angle technology.With the development of science and technology,they are to achieve based on different principle of angle measurement,and in different ways.Their precision,resolution,sampling frequency and other properties have been greatly improved.At present,there are some difficulties in detecting the accuracy of high precision rate.Therefore,aiming at this problem,this paper designs and manufactures a new angular rate accuracy detection system-the low speed angular rate accuracy detection system of turntable based on dual frequency laser interferometer.In this paper,the principle of low-speed angular rate accuracy detection system based on dual-frequency laser interferometer is introduced.The function and principle of each part of the system are introduced,and the system mathematical model is given.Then,the error mechanism is carried out,based on the mathematical model of the low speed angular rate accuracy detection system.The relationship between each error factor and relative error term is studied.The influence of each error factor on the relative error term is obtained by simulation analysis.The overall error model of angular rate detection system based on laser interferometer is established.According to the results of the principle and error analysis,the error distribution,selection and design of the components of the system are made,and the requirements of the system operation flow and data processing are put forward.Then,the role and advantages of the module is introduced.At the same time,the operation of the detection system and data processing methods and software design to be introduced.Finally,the detection system is tested to obtain the test data of angular rate to prove the feasibility,accuracy and stability of the detection system.
