The dual-axis precision servo turntable is used as the antenna pointing control mechanism.Its performance parameters have a decisive influence on the antenna pointing accuracy,and it is also the key to the success of satellite launch and operation.For a dual-axis precision servo turntable,parameters such as natural frequency,rotation speed and starting torque are important accuracy indicators.Comprehensive and accurate measurement of these performance parameters is performed to evaluate the transmission accuracy,which is its quality in practical applications.Accurate monitoring and important guarantees of accuracy.The performance test test can be used to verify whether the process of design,processing,manufacturing,assembly,and commissioning of the transmission mechanism is reasonable.Through analyzing the test results,the comprehensive performance of the transmission mechanism can be understood and evaluated,and at the same time,it can also provide reliable reference data and design basis for engineering designers.The main research work of this article is:Using hammer method to test and analyze the natural frequency of two-axis precision servo turntable,including the introduction of modal test principle,modal test system composition research,modal test process and test result analysis,and use of coherence function to judge the validity of test data.Sex and rationality,explore the relationship between the sensitivity of the natural frequency test and the direction of the incentive.The commutation theory of DC motor,wavelet analysis and signal processing method of empirical mode decomposition(EMD)decomposition are introduced.The original armature current signal is decomposed,denoised,filtered and reconstructed by two different methods: wavelet analysis and EMD decomposition.The high-frequency components of the armature current are obtained.The algorithm for extracting phase information using wavelet ridges is used to extract high frequencies.The frequency of the component current,in turn,calculates the real-time speed of the motor from start-up to stable operation.On the basis of analyzing and comparing the torque test methods,the method of indirectly testing the motor torque through the armature current is adopted to realize the test of the starting torque of the dual-axis precision servo turntable.The mechanism is divided into pitch channel and azimuth channel for testing respectively.By setting different starting voltages,voltage step values and angle interval values to collect multiple sets of current signals,the relationship between starting torque and angle under different conditions is discussed,and the error is used.The accuracy concept analyzes the accuracy of the starting torque test.
