Precision lead screw is the key components affect the accuracy of precision mechanical structure,so it must have high machining accuracy. Screw process can not be separated from its accompanying online dynamic measurement system.At first this paper comprehensively introduces the screw dynamic and static measurement methods,and the research status inland and abroad, the analysis of several typical screw gauge principle are determined on the basis of performance and structure characteristics of the overall design scheme of measuring system.According to the overall design,first select the double-frequency laser interferometer and circular grating as screw standard horizontal displacement and angular displacement,the principle of double frequency laser interference system and circular grating system and technique are studied,and design the corresponding mechanical mechanism.In addition to the measurement system hardware and software design,finally has carried on the overall accuracy analysis to system,the precision of the measurement test of conventional screw secondary precision grade requirements,meet the needs of precision mechanical mechanism.
